2021 Convention Materials
SEC Waiver for Conventions and Business Conferences not Considering Endorsement
The SEC has approved the following waiver as of March 19, 2021.
Except for conventions or business conferences that will consider endorsement, the CBRC requests that the relevant provisions be waived so as to authorize conventions or business conferences held in 2021 to upgrade all alternates to serve as delegates by a majority vote of the body.
