Today, the Minnesota DFL Party endorsed four candidates for Congress, Angie Craig (MN-02), Dean Phillips (MN-03), Ilhan Omar (MN-05), and Jen Schultz (MN-08). DFL Party Chairman Ken Martin released the following statement congratulating these candidates:

“I’d like to offer my congratulations to Representatives Craig, Phillips, Omar, and Schultz on their endorsements today. These leaders have earned the support of the DFL Party because they have a clear record of delivering for Minnesota, from helping overcome the COVID-19 pandemic to passing historic investments in our public schools to creating jobs by repairing infrastructure across Minnesota and so much more.

“Representatives Craig, Phillips, Omar, and Schultz have all faced unprecedented challenges while in office, and they have all risen to the occasion. This November, I have no doubt the people of Minnesota will recognize this and send them to Congress to continue fighting on our behalf.”
