Trista Schwind brings more than 15 years of campaign experience to her leadership of Wellstone Academy. Her extensive knowledge of DFL politics includes small candidate campaigns, statewide field programs, large candidate services operations, legislative redistricting, event planning, and staff management. Additionally, she is a certified Professional Project Manager.
Trista grew up in northern Minnesota and sought out a career making a difference at the macro level. Trista resides in St. Paul with her husband, son, and their two dogs. On the weekends she enjoys learning new cooking techniques like how to get a toddler to eat vegetables.
