Brian Evans (He/Him) joined the DFL Party in early 2019 after cutting his teeth across the St. Croix River in Wisconsin. There, he served as the communications and digital director for Kelda Roys’ campaign for governor, worked as the senior digital organizer for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin, and spent two years at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. As the DFL’s communications director, Evans works to promote DFL candidates, hold Minnesota Republicans accountable, and host the hit DFL Party podcast, the DFL Debrief. Evans is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison and likes to spend his free time reading and writing music.
