Bahea is currently serving her first term as State DFL Outreach Officer, having been elected in February 2023. As a former DFL staffer, Bahea has spent the last few years cultivating relationships with party units, leadership, and close allies to ensure we can continuously move forward in building our party and expanding our presence across the state.

She currently works as the Director of Community Engagement & Communications for the MN Senate DFL Caucus, where she serves as a liaison between the Senate DFL and allies. Bahea believes in cross-collaboration and building infrastructure when providing adequate outreach and making space for inclusive spaces.
