Today, the Minnesota DFL Party released emails showing that Congressman Jim Hagedorn’s office worked to obtain financial benefits for the Congressman’s wife, Minnesota Republican Party Chairwoman Jennifer Carnahan. The emails, obtained by the DFL Party via the Freedom of Information Act, show members of Hagedorn’s staff working to obtain free entry and private, guided tours for Carnahan through several national parks and landmarks.

Today, the DFL Party sharply criticized Republican Congressman Jim Hagedorn, Tom Emmer, and Pete Stauber for flying just two days after being exposed to COVID-19.

Today, DFL Party Chairman Ken Martin denounced a Trump supporter’s attack on a WCCO photojournalist outside of Trump’s rally in Duluth and called on the Minnesota Republican Party and Representative Pete Stauber to do the same.

Today, Congressman Jim Hagedorn is set to debate DFL Party-endorsed candidate and combat veteran Dan Feehan at 5:00 PM on KEYC. As the two candidates prepare to square off, the contrast could not be more clear: Congressman Hagedorn is a corrupt, self-serving D.C. politician while Dan Feehan is a man of integrity fighting to make life better for Minnesotans everywhere.

During this year’s Ninth Annual Humphrey Mondale Dinner, the DFL Party will honor six Minnesotans with awards for their important contributions to the DFL Party and Minnesota politics. The six awards, Mondale, Humphrey, Wellstone, Freeman, Growe & Munger, are named after historic DFL leaders and presented to those who embody their values and do justice to their legacy.

To ensure every Minnesota voter has the freedom to cast their ballot early, the Minnesota DFL Party, DFL candidates, and the DFL Coordinated Campaign are kicking off a massive early voting push, with numerous voter outreach events scheduled across Minnesota.

Over the weekend, Congressman Hagedorn released his first ad of the cycle where he touts himself as a workhorse despite a mountain of evidence to the contrary. In fact, a year after first being elected, Hagedorn ranked as Minnesota’s least productive congressman by an extremely wide margin.
