Tonight, conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt will be hosting an event for the five remaining GOP gubernatorial candidates. Ahead of the debate, DFL Party Chairman, Ken Martin released the following statement:

“Over numerous forums and debates, these candidates have flip-flopped on their records and been competing to see who can run furthest to the right. Throughout their campaigns, they have laid out their agendas to put guns in the hands of dangerous people, strip abortion rights away from Minnesotans, and lower taxes for billionaires and corporations at the expense of working families. While our state is still combatting the COVID-19 pandemic, the last thing we need is a far-right governor who ignores science and puts their own political agenda ahead of Minnesotans.”
