DFL Party Raises Over $30 Million in 2022

10/31/2022

Today, the Minnesota DFL Party announced raising over $30 million and spending almost $28 million in 2022. The DFL Party has almost $4 million on hand going into the final stretch of the campaign.

The DFL Party raises both state and federal money because there are different campaign finance laws for state and federal campaigns. As such, it is necessary to consult both the DFL Party’s state and federal campaign finance reports to get an accurate assessment of the party’s fundraising.

“Thanks to the strong support of Minnesotans everywhere, the DFL Party has a tremendous advantage in resources as we enter the final stretch of this election,” said DFL Party Chairman Ken Martin. “Year after year, the DFL Party is the strongest fundraiser in Minnesota’s political ecosystem, which allows us to run an organizing program that is truly second to none. DFL Party organizers and volunteers are making calls and knocking on doors across Minnesota to talk to voters about the issues that matter and make sure they show up to vote on or before election day.”
