DFL Party Chairman Ken Martin released the following statement after the Attorney General’s race was called for Keith Ellison:
“I would like to congratulate Attorney General Keith Ellison on his victory this evening. Attorney General Ellison spent his time in office doing the people’s work, and that is why he won this election. From prosecuting violent crime to fighting wage theft to holding predatory corporations accountable, Attorney General Ellison has been a relentless champion for justice and fairness throughout Minnesota. Our state is incredibly fortunate to have re-elected an Attorney General who believes to his core that everybody counts and everybody matters.”
