Key Dates
Deadline to report Convention Dates – March 4
Organizing Unit Convention Window – March 19-April 24
Senate Districts that are not Organizing Units Convention Window – March 19-May 19
Congressional District Conventions – April 30-May 19
State Convention – May 20-May 22

Party Affairs is putting together a list of all organizing unit and congressional district convention dates, and your info is needed! Please enter the following information into your Convention Report Form as soon as you know it:
- Convention date
- Convention start time
- Convention location
- Convention Chair

⇒Accessibility Guidelines – Provides guidelines for accessibility at precinct caucus.
⇒ Proof Of Insurance: Some locations will require Proof of Insurance for Conventions. You can request this through the State Party using the linked form.
⇒Delegate Allocations – Pre-Redistricting: These are the allocations elected out of Precinct Caucuses, but does not account for redistricting.
